I have been see 03:00 too often lately. I'm stressed out. I have a lot of things going on.
I am going to put this in black and white so I won't be able to back down.
1) I will wake at 9 am at the latest and will have breakfast.
2) I will spend at least one hour exercising daily.
3) I will start enjoying my old activities.
Life is too short to worry. I must today, because tomorrow is not promised.
